Deliveries outside of FR but within EU approximately take 3-10 business days.
Deliveries outside of EU usually take 5-14 business days but can take even longer (up to 20 business days) because of customs.
If the delivery time should differ a lot from these times given above then we will try and notify you as soon as possible. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding the location of your order.

Return Policy

Shipping

All orders are fulfilled at our distribution centre in Paris within 3 business days of your order placement (subject to stock availability). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.

Delivery time is normally between 2 to 7 working days depending on when your order is processed and what country you want your order to be shipped to. In case of problems with inaccurate information from your part, or stock availability the order process time might be delayed.
